Entrevista
Very easy and fast interview process. Total interview time was 15 minutes and a job offer within two days. If you need a job quickly this is a very easy company to hire on with. They do a phone interview, an in person interview, and then a criminal background check. Personally, I know of at least three people who work there with misdemeanors and they got hired. I don't think they are very picky.

It was a one way virtual interview that I’m pretty certain the recruiters haven’t even watched, but it was really simple and smooth process. You had to record your answers to the questions being asked.

Are you are willing to handle calls on behalf of religious and/or conservative organizations?
Easy interview process, I start this week. They did a technology check. I’m currently waiting for training to start. I’m hoping for the best. It’s had some decent reviews and bad reviews but every job is what you make of it. I’m looking for a career.

Entrevista
They brought me in and had me read. It was simple and a nice environment. I was then given a tour of the office and was told I could schedule a time to go through their training class. The class met at a time I could not go to right now.
