The interview consisted of a series of non relevant questions and a lot of just laughing and talking. Personality was the only thing that mattered in the interview. Experience doesn’t matter.

The HR department called to see if I was interested in an interview with the company after she had stumbled across my resume. I had initially applied for a different position; however, an alternative position was available which was better suited for my background. I met with the team lead and the supervisor of the employment verification department for an in-person interview.
