Started with a phone interview with the one employee, and then with the owner. They had me do an online personality test, then brought me in for a face to face.
The interview with the employee went well. He was nice enough, but lacking in personality. Then I met the owner. He had no personality at all. I could tell he was a linear, inside the box thinker. He was more concerned about what books I had read about sales and receiving instead of how I go about recruiting and how I had success.
I would avoid this company unless you are a very linear, inside the box type of person. I have worked for someone like this before, and I'm sure he will be a big micro manager.
