Entrevista
The interview process was extensive. It consisted of an introductory call with the Recruitment manager, discussing expectations and experience.
Having oassed that stage, it moved to an interview with the Hiring manager who probed into my experience for the role. After that interview, the next stage was an interview with the VP of EMEA where I was tested on Infobloxs product offering.
The final stage was with the CRO equivalent.
There was an cognitive test that also had to be conducted and passed.
Overall, the interview process is lengthy and extensive.

The 1st interview was a mobile call with the Recruitment lead who asked me about what I knew of the company & products, previous roles and responsibilities and salary / package expectations.
2nd interview was with the hiring manager. The call consisted of understanding previous responsibilities, experience and how I plan to grow a greenfield territory.
3rd interview was with the Head of Region. The focus was on your understanding of the solutions, asking how we can add value to the company, reviewing your approach to building pipeline.
4th stage was with the Head of Sales whereby the format of the interview was fairly similar to the 3rd stage.
