first screening by recruiter, then short listing, the telephonic round(technical), two people on panel,
First Recruitment team called up for screening, they asked basic questions and took profile details.
The shortlisting process took 3 days..
Telephonic round was scheduled and a panel interviewed me on the concepts of programming, language fundamentals, and implementation use case..
interview was for 1 hour.

Entrevista
One of my friend reffered me. 2 technical followed by 1 HR and then 1 client round.
2 technical round and 1 HR round completed in a week. After salary discussion waited for a month for a client round. Client round was not technical at all, interviewer gave understanding on his project and asked me about my project. And after client round no responses from HR.
