the questions were of easy to medium difficulty, mainly focused on basic concepts. The questions included a couple of coding problems, basic Java 8 concepts, core Java topics like string mutability, heap vs. SCP, and the final keyword very basic, almost elementary-level questions. These seemed to align with the interviewer's own level of understanding, but the overall experience was far from professional.
The interviewer, XYZ(cannot mention the name) , displayed a complete lack of communication skills and professionalism. He spoke in a condescending, high-handed tone, as if he were the "boss" and I were beneath him. This aggressive manner was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for an interview setting. Additionally, he seemed unsure of the questions he was asking, which only added to the confusion.
If any management professionals are reading this, I strongly urge you to take action to address these concerns. Interviews should be conducted with respect, clear communication, and professionalism, and this experience was a stark contrast to those standards.
