Interview Experience Overview:
I recently went through an interview process that left me completely disappointed. I had high hopes after successfully clearing two rounds of technical interviews, but the experience took a turn for the worse.
Technical Interview Rounds:
After performing well in the technical interviews, I was eagerly awaiting the managerial round. I felt confident and believed I had a good chance at securing the position. However, this anticipation quickly turned into frustration.
Rescheduling and Lack of Communication:
The company began to cancel and reschedule the managerial interviews multiple times without any clear explanation. Each time, I tried to remain patient, understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as the cancellations piled up, my patience wore thin.
Ignored Communications:
To make matters worse, I reached out via calls and emails to inquire about my status and to reschedule the interview. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate were met with silence. It felt as though my candidacy was being completely disregarded, which was disheartening.
Final Thoughts:
Given this experience, I cannot recommend this company to my friends or colleagues. The lack of professionalism and communication has left a lasting negative impression. I believe that a candidate deserves respect and timely communication throughout the interview process, and this company failed to deliver on both counts.

This person is completely fake and full of arrogance. Feels very superlative of himself and company. Big fake talks about company but no values in the deep. Stay away from him and company.

All rounds were conducted very professionally and interviewer at every round were so polite and professional.
