First, background checking via phone call, then they call for onsite interview. During onsite interview, first CTO have some technical discussion. Then there was another round of interview with Two team leads. At-last there was a session with Software Quality Assurance engineer. After the interview, they gave feedback via email within two week. The entire process took around one month.
