I was really disappointed with my experience during the interview process. I had an initial interview with the Head of Operations, which went well, and I was told I’d hear back about next steps. Despite following up, I haven’t received any communication in over three weeks.
As someone who works in HR, I understand how important it is to close the loop with candidates — especially after a live interview. It’s not just courteous; it reflects on the company’s professionalism and culture.
Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has left a negative impression. If this is indicative of how internal communication and processes are managed, I’d be concerned about what it's like to work there. I would advise potential candidates to proceed with caution.
