Entrevista
I applied online for the job position. Days later, the HR called me for a phone interview. and told me to have a face to face interview. I went to the location of the company in taguig and had a 45 min test then proceeded to the face to face/panel interview.
A good and fast interview process ensures clarity, efficiency, structured assessments, timely feedback, and quick decisions, enhancing candidate experience, reducing hiring time, and enabling companies to secure top talent effectively.

Entrevista
It was easy. The interviewers were kind and they asked questions on the resume/CV submitted to them. Although the interview was process was relatively long, but I have never felt that it was too long.

Very professional interview. The questions are so on point and technical. Appitudes, SQL, manual, SQL query, scenarios. I regret missing out on some of the scenarios. Could have cracked it.
