Entrevista
In person and over the phone and in person. There were several rounds of increasing intensity. You have to be on your toes, and speak to the advantages of the cloud.
Interview process is fairly simple, 3 rounds including one with the recruiter. They do prefer to hire internally for most roles. So if looking to move into the company a referral is often needed.

Entrevista
I was approached by an Infor-recruiter and had a first phone interview. After that, I was assured that I will receive an invite to a possible interview shortly. After not hearing back for about 5 days I followed up without receiving any reply. A week later I was informed I was no longer considered for the role as I did not reach out to the recruiter.
