Entrevista
HR Supervisor made a Skype Interview to validate my background/skills and career moment. After 2 months I had an interview with HR manager who was interested to validate my aspirations, why change to there and my career moment. After 1 week I had the final interview with Sales Director (hiring manager), who gave few days in advance a company product to study and candidate should prepare a presentation to simulate a business presentation meeting.

Interview process is fairly simple, 3 rounds including one with the recruiter. They do prefer to hire internally for most roles. So if looking to move into the company a referral is often needed.

Entrevista
I was approached by an Infor-recruiter and had a first phone interview. After that, I was assured that I will receive an invite to a possible interview shortly. After not hearing back for about 5 days I followed up without receiving any reply. A week later I was informed I was no longer considered for the role as I did not reach out to the recruiter.
