I have applied through a referral, then appeared for the aptitude test. After qualifying the aptitude test, i appeared for brainstorming test and psychometric test. They give a proper detailed report of a person's behaviour psychology. Then, they have organised a PEP talk in which they have told about the company and told about the salary and other benefits. Then, i appeared for the final interview which was on a virtual platform. Interview went around for 1 hour. Now, it's been 2 weeks, i'm still waiting for the result.

The interview process started off with easy apply via Linkedin. Then a recruiter will contact you for a telephone interview. If passed then you proceed with interview with Line Manager.
