The interview process covered basic HR questions in the first round then followed by an interview with the direct managers. They gauge how willing you are to learn and also how well you work in a team.

During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Three interviews before getting the job. First with HR, then director, then three people - director, senior consultant and associate consultant. Afterwards you get the job. The interview process is pretty straight forward
