Recruiter reach out to me as my profile match to a job they were offering. He asked the about my background and skills. Although my profile match but they need someone who is fluent in German. They could not proceed further on the interview.
Interview process is fairly simple, 3 rounds including one with the recruiter. They do prefer to hire internally for most roles. So if looking to move into the company a referral is often needed.

Entrevista
I was approached by an Infor-recruiter and had a first phone interview. After that, I was assured that I will receive an invite to a possible interview shortly. After not hearing back for about 5 days I followed up without receiving any reply. A week later I was informed I was no longer considered for the role as I did not reach out to the recruiter.
