After submitting an application through my university job search, i got a phone call from an HR rep and scheduled a phone interview for the following day. This consisted of the HR person explaining the job description, followed by questions regarding my resume. The HR woman was very nice and seemed sincerely interested in finding a position for me after our conversation. Then about a week later, I was asked to do a 1 on 1 interview at the Infor's office. The interview consisted of basic behavioral questions and some questions specifically related to the position. Overall, a fairly average interview process.
