I applied online through informa careers page and received an email for a face to face interview. I found that the hiring managers (HR) were simply uninterested in interviewing as it looks like they had already offered someone else. Complete waste of time. I had to chase them up for feedback which was "they believed you didn’t have enough relevant experience for the role we are trying to fill". However, it was entry level role and I had a similar experience of working in a Shared Services as well.
