Recruiter call felt rushed; did not want to entertain questions. They didn't know anything about the role and they just wanted to get a salary quote from the candidate. (Max salary offered was a mere 4.5k/month, no bonuses, poor benefits) 2nd interview was with hiring manager and their boss; both felt unfriendly and it really wasn't a good culture fit.
