Bad. The manager checks the salary expectation on phone. If you quote less salary they will invite for interview. If you do well, then they ballpark their salary structure around the salary you quote. If you quote less, then even they bring down the role for which you applied and managers take commissions for the recruitement.

They interview is based on salary you quote. If you quoted less salary, the interview will be liberal. If quoted high salary, if they are not willing to take they put some tough questions for which they themselves dont know the solution.

I have appeared two rounds, one online and one in-office, receiving and interview procedure were smooth and office staff were polite. Got offer almost immediately after interview concluded. Great interview
