No idea of what he was looking for and never understood the sales practice apart from stating 3 times we need to do more revenue and put the platform first. 30 min call with recruiter, followed by a 45 min in person interview with the Director. Was told by Director that decisions would be made two days later, and that I would hear something either way. I never heard from them. If you are not moving forward with a candidate, at least have the courtesy to follow up with them instead of leaving people hanging. Unprofessional...
