Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Information Management Services (Calverton, MD) em mar. de 2016
Entrevista
Applied online, received an interview offer within a week. Was very clear that they were attempting to hire multiple new developers all at once because I was given a choice of three different dates which to schedule a phone interview on. Initial phone screen was with an HR rep and I was asked a standardized set of 8 or 9 questions on my background. The last question was a basic probability question about the probability of getting a certain combination of heads from flipping three coins.
Afterwards I was asked to schedule a second phone interview with a developer that was technical. Asked questions about basic data structures (What is a stack? What is a queue? What is a doubly linked list vs. a single linked list?) as well as Java specific questions (What does the final key word do? What is an abstract class? What is an interface? etc.)
Afterwards was offered an on-site interview. Was asked to drive up to DC and was not given any information about the possibility of reimbursement. Ended up canceling the interview because of another offer.

Entrevista
I applied online about 2 weeks ago, it was a fairly simple interview from a non-technical hr person. Asked some simple Java/OOP questions and some standard questions like expected salary, do you need to be sponsored, etc.
