They conduct telephonic rounds, then they will call you and get interviewed by Head HR.
Post that there would be a long silence of few days or even might be few weeks.
Upon follow ups, their HR deparmental people dont respond, they dont attend calls neither revert to texts or even whatsapp.
Do not vouch on them as they might not be serious for hiring.
