Entrevista
I was contacted by the lead Client Success person to interview for a role as a CSM.
I had one initial phone screen, which is normal, and was told that it would be a video call, as "they're friendlier". After scrambling to find somewhere to take a video call away from my office, I joined the call with my video on and was told by the interviewer that "she was getting over being sick, so she wouldn't be using video". Not a great start to my experience, as I could have received an email advising of this and then just taken a phone call.
From there I was asked what I knew about the company, and was not really asked much about my background. The whole call was maybe 10 minutes. I wrote a thank you note and still have yet to hear back over a month later.
I never write these reviews, but this experience was exceptionally poor. It's especially glaring as I was interviewing for a client relationship management role, being interviewed by the head of the department.
It seems like this company is great to its people, has awesome benefits, and is a nice place to be. Hopefully they can improve their interview processes to reflect this.

Entrevista
2 rounds of interview + case study ( homework) + reference check. Two telephonic interviews, followed by Case study which was shared by the hiring Manager. Case Study was easy .

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a phone screen to review my resume and ask some technical questions, followed by an in-depth technical interview on-site. The technical questions asked all related either to skills I had listed on my resume, or technologies in use at Informed.co.
