I went through a recruitment agency first, which involved a quick, friendly and casual video call with a recruiter, they went through the daily expectations that are set in the role, described how difficult it would be, and asked if I was willing to take on the role. The interview process with the company itself was a very quick screening phonecall, then a second phonecall offering me the position. It's not an easy job a lot of the time, back to back calls for hours on end, it's not for the faint of heart, the pay is minimum, and for the reason it is quite an easy role to get into. If you have a beating heart, functioning vocal cords, a willingness to learn, know how to use a mouse and a computer and aren't afraid to make conversation, you are all set. Keeping the job is a different story - obviously that requires a skillset and work ethic that's strictly monitored and reviewed over time, but the interview process is a breeze.
