The interview process for the Specialist Programmer role consisted of an online coding test followed by two rounds of technical interviews and one HR round. The technical interviews were focused on problem-solving skills, data structures, algorithms, system design, and core Java concepts. The HR round was more about my background, career goals, and expectations. Overall, the process was well-structured and the interviewers were supportive and asked clear questions.

The Qualifier Rounds had coding round and in person interview round was described more about technical (DBMS, OOPs, System Design, AI, development) and HR type but in reality it was another DSA round with 2 questions

Entrevista
The interview was short, interviewer was uninterested but eloquent. Was trying to wrap the interview as soon as possible like he already decided i wasn't a worthy candidate. The questions asked were very basic and it could have gone better.
