The selection process for the Infosys Specialist Programmer (SP) role consisted of two main stages: 1. Online Assessment (OA): The test included three coding questions focused on data structures and algorithms. I successfully solved two out of three questions, which helped me qualify for the interview rounds. 2. Interview Rounds: Coding Round (45 minutes): This was a hands-on coding session where I was asked to solve a problem in real time and explain my approach and logic. Technical + HR Interview: In this round, the interviewer mainly asked questions related to my resume, including my projects, skills, and academic background. There were no separate technical problem-solving questions in this stage. Overall, the process was smooth and focused on assessing both technical ability through coding and resume-based understanding.

The Qualifier Rounds had coding round and in person interview round was described more about technical (DBMS, OOPs, System Design, AI, development) and HR type but in reality it was another DSA round with 2 questions
