Actually, we didn't apply for any designation. We got the designation as per their requirements.
First round was aptitude and questions was little tough. It took one day and the next day it was 1-1 interview and few questions on programming and asked me to write a program. Next, a query. Followed up by few programs again.
Then, the interviewer checks our patience. He asked me some brain teasers and then questions from your interest area.

1st aptitude round it was easy 2nd gd average 3rd hr round also average then final selection Then offer letter came and then training for 3 months then joining date also came then after completion of training joining.
