With employee referral i got a call from Infy HR in around 10 days after my CV was referred by a friend. HR called and asked basic details about experience, current /Expected Salary etc, Also they asked me if i am open to relocate as i was in Delhi at that time. I was scheduled for a telephonic Technical Interview by HR and I recieved the call on the mentioned date and time. There were 2 interviewers (Both Technical Architects, one of which to whom i reported finally), the were very friendly and patient and suggested hints for possible solution to questions i was getting stuck at, it was very helpful while I could get to correct chain of thoughts. Interview lasted 1 hour and in end they answered my questions on group and project i was being hired for. They asked about my onsite preferences, my relocation stuff if selected. I was told HR will get back to me. Then after few days around 5-6 days i came to know that I was through with technical round and will have HR round face to face at Delhi. (Later i came to know the two interviewers were debating over offering me Tech lead or tech Analyst, one of them felt i had lesser experience for a Lead) Then i was aware of HR interview scheduled in Delhi after around 3 weeks of 1st interview, i was aware i am only left with one HR interview, however one guy from HR called me few days before interview and said there might be another technical round face to face as well. On day of interview Infy HR had my data and were aware on mentioning HR's name (Guy who called me) that i already had 1st round on call. Hence i was sent for 2nd round of interview F2F with 2 Technical Architects again.. This time questions were mix of technical and behaviourial. After around 45 min to 1 hour I was asked to wait outside. This was entire day process in total after around 1 hour they told all people waiting to have their lunch and come back. After which i had my discussion with HR where salary was discussed and that was the worst part. The HR asked my expected figure and said this is what we can offer this is where you need to negotiate. I said yes and also told HR i have another offer at hand but to to be joined in 20 days, HR notes that on my Documents and said we will try to close it as soon possible. To my pleasant surprise my offer was released in 5 days straight and constantly HR was in touch with me.

The Interview have 3 rounds all rounds are Virtual. 1. Technical - 40 mins 2. Managerial - 15 mins 3. HR - 10 mins You need to give the technical round very well other rounds are not very hard.
