For me process took around 2 weeks, initially i applied through employee referral,
after 1 week got call from hr. Hr scheduled interview for Saturday.They taken 2 technical rounds followed by HR discussion.They took around 1 week to release offer.
Initial Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
• Resume walkthrough
• Salary expectations
• Work authorization & availability
• Work model (onsite/hybrid/remote)
• Basic fit for the role
Hiring Manager / QA Lead Interview (45–60 mins)
• “Tell me about yourself”
• QA experience (manual, automation, web, retail, SFCC, etc.)
• Test planning, defect lifecycle, test case design
• Tools used (JIRA, ALM, Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Scenario-based questions
