It was very simple and easy . Very good interview experience. They asked some basic technical questions related to python which I mentioned in my resume. Also asked questions about my resume soft skills

Firstly there is a multiple choice online aptitude and English Test and result was declared on that day itself.
Then there is Personal interview which was on the next day.
The next day the result was announced.
Offer letter was received after six months.

3. He looked at my essay which was asked in the assessment a day before.

Very easy, just prepare for the online assessment well, youtube videos are available and if you clear the first round you will move ahead to technical F2F interview where they test logical and problem solving skills, also CS Fundamentals
