Interview process is fine. I have given interview recently for Technology Lead in Nehru Place New Delhi. I had qualified both the rounds including one technical and one HR. In HR round, She had discussed everything related to salary expectations, designation & location. She told me that it will take 2 weeks time to release offer. Everything was positive at the time of interview. Even i have not demanded any salary above which we have discussed. I agreed on the component according to the discussion. But after 4 days of interview i got regret letter on my mail that "We regret to inform you that at this juncture, we will not be able to proceed with your candidature. " . I couldn't get what happened. Even they have not mentioned any reason due to which my candidature rejected. I have again dropped a mail to Talent Acquisition team to ask the reason. They replied: "Please note, discussion during the HR round was just an Intent to offer and the final offer would be based on clearance of internal checks. Hence, we regret to inform that we will not be able to consider your candidature. We have looked into details of your case and please be rest assured that we have done a thorough check and have taken a holistic view and then arrived at the decision. We will not be able to consider your candidature for our current set of requirements. The reasons for rejection are internal to the organization and would not be able to share the same with you. Thank you for applying to Infosys and wish you the best in your endeavors." -- Now I couldn't get the actual reason from this response "not able to consider your candidature for our current set of requirements". If they don't have requirements then why they are wasting time of candidates. Initially at the time of shortlisting process through mail, I had already mentioned my skill sets and shared my CV with them. So this rejection can be done that time also. Why after taking the interview. So guys i just wants to say that it's totally a wastage of time to attend Infosys interview. However this is a big brand of IT but sometimes big brand are also doing such unprofessional things.

The Interview have 3 rounds all rounds are Virtual. 1. Technical - 40 mins 2. Managerial - 15 mins 3. HR - 10 mins You need to give the technical round very well other rounds are not very hard.
