Entrevista
Interview process is very clear and good for the beginner. The candidates are invited with the proportional hiring staff availability to avoid any mess. The IQ test arrangement and exam instructions are delivered in a glitch-free fashion with expected professionalism.
Staff has the courtesy to assist the candidates at every level to clear any doubts.
During the hiring process the capability to learn is tested using the IQ test and also during the F2F interview discussion. Extra curricular and Social involvements are given due points during the selection process. People with zeal to learn new technological advancements are invited.
