Very cool and relaxed interview.
Normal questions nothing related to programming ot CS or IT
I found these people were in my college to select not to eliminate.
Remember they hire in tons but fire in tons too if you are unable to perform in the training.
Training is very difficult.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
