Round One as written test inclusive of Aptitude and English (Level of English is good for which some basic study is required)
Round Two is interview (1:1 interview which a basic interview, in which they judge personality and your interests)
The complete process judge the learning ability of the candidate as complete software development training is given by the company itself
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
