It was good. Not too grilling. Questions asked were very relevant. Some of the questions Can you describe your experience with Salesforce architecture and the key components involved? How do you approach designing a scalable and maintainable Salesforce solution? What strategies do you use to ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce? Can you explain the differences between Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience, and when you would recommend one over the other? How do you handle integration between Salesforce and other systems? Can you provide an example? What are some best practices for managing Salesforce releases and deployments? How do you ensure that your Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and objectives? Can you discuss a challenging project you worked on and how you overcame the obstacles? How do you stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates? What role does documentation play in your architecture process, and what tools do you use for it? How do you approach performance optimization in Salesforce applications?

It was a terrible experience, they didn't have a JD for the role, interviewers came 10 mins late, I kept my video on for the entire duration while the interviewers were only on audio, kept their video off, kept asking development related questions instead of architectural insights. I believe they were unclear on what role they were hiring for, or the roles are overlapping in their organisation so they want someone who can do development + architecture
