They have 1 technical round and then HR round which almost took 45 minutes and they asked basic questions from COBOL,JCL,DB2. It was walk-in and they will decide the whole package on the same day and I have offer letter after 1 month

My interview process included three rounds: technical, managerial, and HR. Overall, it was an average yet positive experience, with a smooth and well-organized flow throughout each stage of the process.
