I had 2 rounds of personal interviews at Hyd, India. First one was technical and second one was little managerial + situation based questions. After that there was no call for about 2 weeks and a Delivery Manager called and asked about Risk Management , Effort Estimation etc for about 15 min. Followed by an offer in email from HR.

The telephonic interview from a DM was unexpected and I was on the road and I had to answer while I was driving...I dint want to postpone as I was not sure If I get a call again if I do that. I took the chance and it was a good decision
