Its is a two round process. First round is Online test which tests Vocabulary, Comprehension, Logical thinking and Reasoning, NO Quants. The second round was direct HR and Technical Interview. This interview depends upon the HR. Few Hr's asked technical stuffs , others asked General stuffs. Overall I personally felt the interview process went quite smooth. Once you clear the 1st round 90% chances are there to get through the 2nd Round.

first was a online assesment after getting shortlisted in that you recive an interview mail within 2 days, you have to appear for the interview in campus on the day of interview as there were alot of students appearing for the process there will be a long waiting time after that when you appear for the interview it will be a short interaction hardly 20 mins and then you have to wait for few days for the final result
