It was very simple and easy . Very good interview experience. They asked some basic technical questions related to python which I mentioned in my resume. Also asked questions about my resume soft skills

They had 3 rounds, each one to test different potentials of the candidates. First was the aptitude test and the Technical round with an HR if you clear the first one. Later based on the discussion, You may or may not be required to meet the HR for an other discussion unless you have gaps in your job profile or else where.

3. He looked at my essay which was asked in the assessment a day before.

Very easy, just prepare for the online assessment well, youtube videos are available and if you clear the first round you will move ahead to technical F2F interview where they test logical and problem solving skills, also CS Fundamentals
