Got a call from a external consultant, once profile got shortlisted had 2 technical rounds if discussion with hiring panel. Till then process was smooth. After that Hr process started, I submitted the documents and Hr round happened, Hr started salary negotiation with very small hike on my current CTC. When I asked about in hand she told that would be cleare one the offer is generated. (they should have such figures with them). Finally offer was shared with me and to my surprise, the salary hine they were offering me was nit at all near to my expectations. On top of it in the hiked amount 95% money was going in variable pay. So if I accepted the offer I would have ended taking less inhand per month as compare to my current salary. They are not willing to work on these issues. So I have to decline the offer.

Interview process went really smooth without any delays. HR was very responsive. I received my offer letter within 2 weeks after 3 rounds of interview. Interview was of easy level.
