They first took a written test of 70 minutes which had quant and LR. Then a very simple interview process where the interviewer asked me to explain the concept of runtime complexity to them. It was a mass recruitment so you can easily get selected if you are above average. The interviewer was calm and a nice person. Also, its a matter of luck that you get a right interviewer.
