Very thorough, I was interview 3 times with several levels of the company (to the managing partner level. It took several weeks to get interviewed. Questions were a mix of technical and soft skills interview. Most questions were repeated at every level.

It was confusing and too many people involved. it wasn’t clear what they wanted and it left me confused on the company’s atmosphere……… One of the people was rude and unprofessional he asked personal questions that had nothing to do with the role
