During the HR screening, I discussed my overall experience in backend and full-stack development, primarily working with Golang and scalable systems. First round: Aptitude test
Second round: Technical Test (questions on LLM,RAG, Generative AI)
Third round: Technical Interview (Gen AI Projects and the decision making questions based on situations)
Fourth round: HR
For a Data Analyst fresher at Infosys, the interview usually includes multiple stages: first a resume screening/online assessment (aptitude and basic analytics), then technical rounds focused on SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau, data interpretation and case-based questions, followed by an HR interview checking communication, fit and motivations before a final decision.
