I had a very bad experience about Infosys Interview. The whole process is carefully manipulated by managers and people included in the recruitment process. The interview process is not transparent enough and you get sudden shocks during the interview process. My interview all cleared and HR informed that they will give out offer in the evening, next day morning they say we cannot give offer because project scope is changed and we cannot move ahead. Infosys hiring process is not straight forward at all, and there are many hidden scenarios which candidate is the ultimate sufferer, may be in my case they wanted to do my interview just to show outside world that they are trying to hire someone in the UK but the call a internal hire inside a company may be a cheap resource from India. If you are in UK and do not want to be vulnerable to this kind of a bad interview where you spend your time and energy but it does not work in your benefit even though you clear all rounds, I suggest do not apply for Infosys jobs if you have any other opportunities and companies from UK origin. I wasted my time by successfully completing two technical interview of more than an hour each, one management interview of one hour again and a code test which took a couple of hours to complete. I do not recommend any one to apply for jobs here until unless some fair reason.
