There were 3 stages in the selection process. 1.Aptitude+Java test: basic aptitude(most of them were TIme and Work questions) and basic java test to be solved within 40 minutes( equally divided for both).In our case cut off was chosen based on average of both. 2.coding round: Selected candidates were asked to write a code for given problem using any language on paper. For us the question was "Given 2 arrays 1,2,3,4,5 and 3,2,1,0,5, find the element of first array which is missing in 2nd array". Pretty easy, right? :) 3.Face to face interview: selected candidates from coding round were shortlisted for F2F interview. He was very kind and friendly. The first question he asked me was "Where are your shoes?"(I honestly answered and he was satisfied. :) ) Overall interview was easy and he asked me questions from both C++ and Electrical domain( as I am EEE student).He then told me to write a code in C++. I will share the interview questions in below section.Finally he motivated me to study java thoroughly to perform well with other team members (as I'm not from CSE background). Additional tips: Be honest during the interview. Maintain a professional look and attitude.Don't give up early, keep on trying to get the code right.
