Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Infracore em mai. de 2020
Entrevista
I wasted about 4 hours of time on this interview process over the course of three interviews. Any other reputable company that I have gotten that far with would have at least had the respect to call or email to advise that they are moving a different direction, was not the best fit, etc., but they apparently have zero respect for job candidates. I would presume that this is a glaring reflection of their likely poor cultural values and I thereby dodged a bullet.

Questions seemed to mostly surround AD. They apparently feel that on-prem AD is the most critical component in IT today, even though most companies are moving toward Azure. They had zero networking questions, which is pretty scary. Guess they just want IT Managers to manage AD??
All in all the questions seemed kind of dated and pointless. Hoping that they add some to discuss migrations from XP to Windows 7! =p
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Infracore.

Expect an exhaustive interview process with several rounds over several weeks depending on staff availability. There will be a lot of low-level questions that are more reflective of you capability for rote memorization rather than real-world experience pulled from a pool of questions used through (and repeated in) subsequent interview rounds. Don't start down this path unless you have a lot of time to invest in a process that confuses it's volume with quality.

1. Short phone screen w/ HR.
2. Longer phone interview w/ HR.
3. HR discussed internally with team if it's a fit and then you go in for in persons.
HR was fantastic to work with. If the culture there matches their HR person, I'm very disappointed I wasn't able to move further through the process. They actually called and let me know the thought process on not moving forward. I couldn't fault them for their logic. Loved the culture and values that I got a taste of during the interview process.
