First they will ask to write code for a simple problem on paper.
After this they will take F2F rounds.
I think company should tell their panel how to conduct interviews. People there are not trying understand the approach of the person. They ask only some tricky questions and expecting us to give correct exact answer.
I cleared coding round but on F2F they rejected me.
I saw they are rejecting person coding round with their intelligence by saying it will not give correct output or some API doesn't work here.

The Interview Process is very bad.I was asked to write the solution of a question on paper. And I was told that the logic will be checked and not the syntax .After some time when I submitted the solution I was told that the solution was not correct.(I checked my solution on my laptop and it worked after I left) I also took a picture of my solution which I wrote on paper (just in case they blame me now that my solution had incorrect logic). There was just one syntax error where I missed one closing bracket and I was told that my solution is incorrect. This Interview experience was the worst I ever had.I even spoke to the HR as well as the interviewer and she was some junior resource who had no clue about Data Structures and was just saying my solution is wrong without giving any explanation why it is wrong where it will not work. Before that I had to explain her how my solution will work as she had no idea about Array.reduce().
