The interview process was long and very unorganized. I was dealing with a third party recruiting company, however HR, Hiring Manager and the Recruiter never had their communication aligned. Always got a different answer for next steps and I had to interview 10 times, like I was applying for an executive level role, but it was only for an Analyst.

Entrevista
The processes are strangely organised. After first round of interview(technical assessment + interview), it follows with online assessment (IQ + personality) and another round in person interview. The most disappointed thing is that this company didn't even tell you whether you are rejected or accepted. I tried to follow up (by email and phone call) to know what is the result of the interview. But nothing came out it. I sincerely doubt the operational manner of this company, since candidates ALSO spent their time (hours) on this application processes. After two rounds of interviews, it would be descent for a company to properly inform the candidate about the decision.
