Applied online, received screening questions via email to evaluate writing/communication skills. Invited to F2F interview, met with a member of Sr. Mgmt, a (6) panel interview and had a call with a member of Sr. Leadership. The experience was great, the panel asked thoughtful questions and were very engaging. It was more conversational rather than a firing squad of questions. Ultimately, the company decided to hire an internal candidate and was very professional in reaching out to me to inform me of their decision. Although wasn't extended an offer, I have no regrets going through the process.
