Most unorganized interview process I have been through. Interviewers seemed very inexperienced in terms of interviewing candidates. Of the four individuals I was scheduled to meet, only two were in the office, another called in and the final individual was out of the office and didn’t even know there was an interview going on for his team. Heard back from the internal recruiter a week later stating they promoted internally. Overall, they could improve on their process, and communications between recruiting team.

This is one of the smoothest interview processes I have experienced. The lead recruiter contacted me shortly after submitting my resume and my interview was set for the following week. She then sent me information about what to expect during the interview, how to get to the office, and how to dress, all of which was clearly stated and helpful. For the interview itself, I met with 3 separate people (so not a panel interview) and we discussed various aspects of the company, job, and my role. Each interview lasted 15 - 30 minutes. I was contacted within a couple of days with a job offer. The offer letter and further HR communication was received quickly after the offer phone call and the information provided was very clear and easy to understand. I asked questions of both Carmen and Sonya during the process and the follow up was quick and clear. My only note on the application and interview process is regarding the online application. After submitting a resume it felt redundant, especially for the limited amount of information required.
